Q: How does the program work? |

A: Simply register online to get your free fundraising web site and online magazine store, which you can personalize for your group. Then, use the Email Tool to send personalized emails to your group members announcing the launch of your group’s fundraising campaign. Group members then use the Email Tool to invite their friends and family from coast to coast to support your group. Supporters visit your online magazine store to buy, renew or extend their favorite magazine subscriptions online from a selection of over 650 popular titles at up to 85% off newsstand prices. A: The Email Tool allows you to compose your own email messages that you want to send to your members. The information that you enter online will NOT be used for any purpose other than this fundraising campaign. All names and email addresses will be treated with strict confidentiality. | |

Q: Is the online magazine store secure? |
|
A: All transactions are 100% online on a secure server. | |

Q: How much are the magazine subscriptions and what percentage goes to my group? |

A: Each magazine subscription varies in price but the average is approximately $20 per subscription. up to 40%* of each purchase amount goes back to your group. | |

Q: Do I have to handle any magazines or take any orders? |
|
A: No, this program is 100% online. Your group members invite their friends and family to purchase their subscriptions directly online and we take care of fulfilling the orders. The magazines will be mailed directly to the supporters. Even the prizes are distributed directly to your group members | |

Q: How long will it take for my supporters to receive their orders? |
|
A: New subscriptions may take up to 12 weeks from the time the publisher receives the order. (Weeklies start sooner than monthlies; quarterlies may take a little longer.) Renewal orders extend existing subscriptions, unless the original subscription has expired. | |

Q: Can my supporters place orders if they reside outside of the United States? |
|
A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to process new subscriptions for International (outside of the continental United States) and for APO & FPO addresses. We intend to offer International ordering soon. | |

Q. How many items does my Group need to sell to earn 40% profit?
|
|
A. 10 or more items. For 1-9 items sold, your group will earn 30%.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Q. Does every member of my Group have to sell 10 items to earn 40% profit?
|
|
A. No. When your Group collectively reaches 10 items sold, you've reached the 40% profit threshold!
|

Q. Cookie Dough Combos are comprised of two tubs. Do they count as two items?
|
|
A. No, the cookie dough combos count as one item.
|
|

Q: How and when do I receive my profit?
|
|
A: You will receive your first profit check once your group’s total sales have reached $20. If your group has sold less than 10 items at that point, you will earn 30% profit. If your group has sold 10 items or more, you will earn 40% profit! Subsequent profit checks are mailed monthly regardless of your group’s sales amount. The profit check reference period runs from the first to last day of the given month, and checks are processed and mailed within the first three weeks of the following month. For example, January profit is earned from January 1st to the 31st, and the check is sent to you on or before February 21st. The check will be sent to the address provided in the “My Info” section of your Campaign Manager. Please ensure this address is entered correctly. Note that if you are part of a larger organization, the profit check may be sent directly to that organization.

Q. My group ran a campaign in the past and we want to relaunch it. Will we start at 30% again?
|
|
A. No. When your group relaunches its campaign, you’ll earn 40% profit right off the bat!
